The ILoggerFactory type exposes the following members.

	CreateLogger	Create a new Logger instance

This interface is used by the Hierarchy to create new Logger objects.

The CreateLogger(ILoggerRepository, String) method is called to create a named Logger.

Implement this interface to create new subclasses of Logger.
